The traditions are also connected with the ethnography and folklore. These are the treasures of the traditional way of living and national creation – all the music, the songs, and the dances. The traditional clothes of the performers are called costumes. They are specific for the different cultures and tell us about the spirit and understandings of local people. In the course of many years the traditions in South Eastern Europe were mixed. Although they are quite similar, at each place local traditions also keep their individuality.
