ANCIENT SITE
Sometime we find much smaller sized Roman theatres, designed for more notorious audience - odeons. There people enjoyed small theatre performances, listened to music and poetry.
Contrary to the large theatres, the odeons were roofed and were hosted in separate buildings, most frequently close to the forum. Good example of this is the odeon in the heart of the town of Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
